基于精细化管理模式的电网运行方式探究

摘　　要：精细化管理是一种现代化管理模式,能够在管理工作中保持严谨、细致的态度,实现科学经营,对资源进行合理分配,在提高管理水平的同时降低投入成本。将这种新型管理模式应用到电网管理中,能够对传统运行方式进行调整与优化,改善现阶段我国电网运行管理工作中的缺陷,促使电网运行管理制度体系更加完善,运行方式更加合理,安全性和智能化水平都会得到提升,保证电网管理质量和整个系统的稳定运行。本文主要对基于精细化管理模式的电网运行方式进行了探究。Fine management is a modern management mode,which can maintain a rigorous and meticulous attitude in management,realize scientific operation,reasonably allocate resources,and reduce investment costs while improving management level.Applying this new management mode to power grid management can adjust and optimize the traditional operation mode,improve the defects in China's power grid operation management at this stage,promote the power grid operation management system to be more perfect,the operation mode to be more reasonable,the security and intelligence level will be improved,to ensure the quality of power grid management and the stable operation of the entire system.This article mainly explores the operation mode of power grid based on refined management mode.
