前置胎盘大出血患者给予优质护理的临床效果及满意度分析

摘　　要：目的探究前置胎盘大出血患者行优质护理模式后患者临床效果、满意度变化情况。方法以100例(2020年03月至2021年03月)前置胎盘大出血患者开展此项研究,均分对照组(基础性护理模式)、观察组(优质护理模式);对比分析两组患者护理前后心理状态、护理满意度、并发症整体发生率、临床效果等指标,确定优质护理模式的护理实践价值。结果观察组患者心理状态得以明显改善,焦虑、紧张情绪得以缓解,指标数据明显优于对照组,护理前,两组组间、组内比较P<0.05;观察组患者护理满意度、临床效果良好,且患者并发症整体发生率明显降低,指标数据与对照组比较P<0.05。结论给予前置胎盘大出血患者开展优质护理模式,患者心理状态有着显著改善,且患者护理满意度、临床效果均得到提高,并发症整体发生率有效降低,对患者有积极作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect and satisfaction of patients with massive hemorrhage of placenta previa after receiving high-quality nursing mode.Methods A total of 100 patients (from March 2020 to March 2021) with massive hemorrhage of placenta previa were selected for this study.The control group (basic nursing mode) and observation group (high-quality nursing mode) were divided into two groups.The psychological state,nursing satisfaction,overall incidence of complications,clinical effect and other indicators of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared and analyzed to determine the nursing practice value of the quality nursing model.Results The psychological state of patients in the observation group was significantly improved,anxiety and tension were relieved,and the index data were significantly better than those in the control group and before nursing.The comparison between two groups and within the group was P<0.05.The observation group had good nursing satisfaction and clinical effect,and the overall incidence of complications was significantly reduced,and the index data were compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with massive hemorrhage of placenta previa were given high quality nursing mode,and the psychological state of the patients was significantly improved,and the nursing satisfaction and clinical effect of the patients were improved,and the overall incidence of complications was effectively reduced,which had a positive effect on patients.
