摘 要:综述了近年来国内外果树施用硒的研究现状和进展。包括:(1)果树施硒的方法主要是叶面喷施法,施硒后果实可有效富集硒元素,不同种类果实的硒含量可达到240~400μg·kg^(-1)。(2)果树施硒后表现出一系列积极的生理和生态效应,在增加果实有机硒含量的同时,树体还表现出较强的抗逆性,能有效地抑制果实中铅、汞、铬、砷等有毒重金属的积累从而有益于人体健康,还可以有效拮抗盐、热和干旱等不良环境胁迫。(3)针对果品的硒含量及对人体作用效应的研究,探讨了中国相关膳食硒标准与果品的天然硒含量。综述了果树富硒的作用机理、应用现状以及富硒研究的新进展,对该领域的研究动向及存在问题进行了分析,指出了今后富硒果产业的发展方向。The present study situation and progress of selenium application in fruit trees at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed.The contents included:(1)The main method of selenium application in fruit trees was foliar spraying.Selenium could be enriched effectively in fruit after application,and the selenium content in different kinds of fruit could reach 240-400μg·kg^(-1).(2)Fruit trees exhibited a series of positive physiological and ecological effects after applying Se fertilizer,such as an increase of organic Se content in fruit,the improved resistance of fruit tree at the same time.The Se fertilizer could also effectively inhibit the toxic heavy metals such as plumbum,mercury,chromium,arsenic and other heavy metals from accumulation in fruit to benefit the human health.Meanwhile,Se fertilizer could effectively antagonize salt,heat and drought and other adverse environmental stresses.(3)According to the Se content in fruit and the effect of Se element to human body,this paper also discussed the related standard of dietary Se in China and natural Se content in fruit.This review summarized the mechanism of action in Se enrichment fruit trees,the status of application and the latest progress in the study of Se enrichment.Furthermore,the research trends in the field and the existing problems were analyzed and the future development direction of Se enrichment fruit industry was pointed out.
