摘  要:对两套裂解汽油加氢装置的现场实际情况、工艺流程特点和关键换热设备选取等进行了比对,从能源消耗、加热炉烟气排放环保风险因素出发,分析了裂解汽油加氢装置存在的主要问题,通过对两套裂解汽油加氢装置二段反应器进出料工艺流程利用夹点工具进行优化,采取取消加热炉、充分利用二段反应器反应热量等措施,减少装置能源消耗,降低装置能源消耗和碳排放。The actual conditions,characteristics of process flow,and selection of key heat exchange equipment of the two pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation units were compared,and major problems in the pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit was analyzed from the environmental risk factors of energy consumption and heating furnace flue gas emissions.The feed and discharge process of the two-stage reactors in the two pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation units were optimized with pinch tools,with the measures of eliminating the heating furnace and making full use of the reaction heat of the two-stage reactor the energy consumption of the units and carbon discharge were reduced.
