民国时期《妇女共鸣》对女子财产继承权的争取

摘　　要：南京国民政府时期女子获得财产继承权经历了曲折的过程。在这个过程中,《妇女共鸣》积极声援女子争取财产继承权的运动,主张女子应有财产继承权,展开与反对女子获得财产继承权者的论争,质疑相关法律条文的合理性,并提出女子获得财产继承权后应回馈社会、赡养父母、谋取事业、了解法律、善于使用财产。During the period of Nanjing National Government,women experienced a tortuous process in obtaining the right to inherit property.In this process,Women’s Resonance actively supported women’s struggle for property inheritance rights,and advocated that women should have property inheritance rights.The journal launched a dispute with those who oppose women’s property inheritance rights and questioned the rationality of relevant legal provisions,and proposed that after women acquired property inheriting right,they should give back to the society,support their parents,seek a career,know the law,and be good at using property.
