摘　　要：小型热电机组中所涉及到的电力系统以及设备十分复杂,而其中低压出线的一次及二次接线对电厂的贡献十分重大,它可以保证安全、可靠地给电厂供电,使系统运行更加稳定,满足电厂用电需求以及电能质量。设计过程中,要考虑各个方面,包括安全性、可靠性、灵活性,在实现这些因素的基础上,提升该设计的安全性以及灵活性,努力争取经济性。The power system and equipment involved in small thermal power units are very complex,and the primary and secondary wiring of the low-voltage outgoing line makes a significant contribution to the power plant.It can ensure safe and reliable power supply to the power plant and make the system operation more stable.Meet the power demand and power quality of power plants.In the design process,various factors should be considered,including safety,reliability,and flexibility.On the basis of realizing these factors,the safety and flexibility of the design should be further improved to strive for economic efficiency.
