摘　　要：文章简要介绍了某厂“W”型燃煤锅炉选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)脱硝技术,对实际运行中遇到的NOx浓度分布不均、水冷壁腐蚀、喷头堵塞、还原剂耗量大等问题进行分析,并给出解决对策,如喷枪分组、喷枪方向流量改变、采用除盐水、增加定流量控制模式、更改喷枪层切条件、改变SNCR投运条件等。This paper briefly introduces the selective non catalytic reduction(SNCR)denitration technology of“W”coal-fired boiler in a plant,analyzes the problems encountered in the actual operation,such as uneven NOx concentration distribution,water wall corrosion,nozzle blockage,large reductant consumption,and gives the countermeasures,such as spray gun grouping,change of spray gun direction flow,use of demineralized water,increase of constant flow control mode Change the slicing conditions of spray gun,change the operation conditions of SNCR,etc.
