摘　　要：鉴于目前电网中对于ABB断路器BLG1002A型机构的使用上存在分合闸弹簧疲劳问题引起断路器分合闸时间不合格的安全影响,文章提出一种针对ABB开关BLG1002A型机构分合闸弹簧调节工具及箱体,通过精确的调节方式解决现场不能有效解决的弹簧疲劳问题,为电网电气设备的安全可靠运行提供必要的技术支持。In view of the safety impact of the opening and closing spring fatigue problem on the use of the BLG1002A mechanism of the ABB circuit breaker in the current power grid,the article proposes an opening and closing spring for the BLG1002A mechanism of the ABB switch.Adjusting tools and boxes can solve the problem of spring fatigue that cannot be effectively solved on-site through precise adjustment methods,and provide necessary technical support for the safe and reliable operation of power grid electrical equipment.
