摘　　要：热电厂作为地方用能大户,应融合并发挥数字化、人工智能、工业互联网等先进技术优势,提高自身企业管理水平,加强计划、安全、生产规范化管理,提高设备可靠性,优化各生产运行系统效率,降低企业发电供热成本,从粗放型管理向精细化管理转变,降低能耗,创造更大效益,提高企业综合竞争力。As a large local energy user,thermal power plants will also be faced with how to integrate and leverage advanced technologies such as digitalization,artificial intelligence,and industrial Internet to improve their own corporate management level,strengthen planning,safety,and standardized management of production,improve equipment reliability,and optimize production Operating system efficiency,reducing the cost of power generation and heating for enterprises,and the transformation from extensive management to fine management,so as to reduce energy consumption,create greater benefits for the enterprise,and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.
