摘　　要：目的:通过三种综合评价方法对MRI设备在医疗服务中的应用进行评价,为我国MRI设备的管理和使用提供参考。方法:运用TOPSIS法、秩和比法和粗糙集法对275台MRI设备进行综合评价。结果:不同评价方法中设备排序结果均不完全相同,但总体上进口MRI设备的评分高于国产设备。1.5T场强的国产与进口设备的评价具有差异性,同时高场强设备评价结果较好。结论:三种评价方法在MRI设备综合评价中具有较好的适用性,需要加强国产设备研发投入,促进国产MRI设备发展。Objective:To evaluate the application of MRI equipment in medical services by using three comprehensive evaluation methods,so as to provide references for the management and utilization of MRI equipment in China.Methods:275 MRI equipment were comprehensively evaluated by TOPSIS method,RSR method and rough sets method.Results:The ranking results of different evaluation methods were not identical,but the overall score of imported MRI equipment was higher than that of domestic equipment.The evaluation of domestic and imported equipment with 1.5T field strength was different,and the evaluation results of high field strength equipment were better.Conclusion:The three evaluation methods have good applicability in the comprehensive evaluation of MRI equipment.It is necessary to strengthen the investment on research and development of domestic equipment and promote the development of domestic MRI equipment.
