摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童期受虐、自悯和大学生自杀意念之间的关系,检验自悯在儿童期受虐和大学生自杀意念之间的中介作用。方法:整群随机抽取河北省某高校的4819名学生,采用儿童期创伤简式问卷、自悯量表中文版和自杀意念自评问卷进行问卷调查。结果:大学生自杀意念与儿童期受虐呈正相关,与自悯呈负相关(r分别为0.35、-0.52,P<0.01);儿童期受虐和自悯呈负相关(r为-0.34,P<0.01)。儿童期受虐可以直接影响自杀意念,标准化直接效应值为0.20;儿童期受虐可以通过自悯间接影响自杀意念,标准化间接效应值为0.15;标准化总效应值为0.35,中介效应占总效应的43.34%。结论:自悯在儿童期受虐和自杀意念之间起部分中介作用。高校教育工作者应帮助儿童期受虐大学生提高自悯水平,降低自杀事件发生的概率。Objective:To explore the relationship between childhood abuse,self-compassion and suicidal ideation,and to examine the mediating effect of self-compassion on childhood abuse and suicidal ideation in college students.Methods:4819 students from a university in Hebei province were cluster randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey using Simple Childhood Trauma Questionnaire,Self-compassion Scale for Chinese and Self-rating Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire.Results:Suicidal ideation was positively correlated with childhood abuse,while negatively correlated with self-compassion(r=0.35,-0.52,P<0.01).Childhood abuse was negatively correlated with self-compassion(r=-0.34,P<0.01).Childhood abuse could directly affect suicidal ideation,and the standardized direct effect value was 0.20.Childhood abuse could indirectly affect suicidal ideation through self-compassion,and the standardized indirect effect value was 0.15.The standardized total effect value was 0.35,and the mediating effect accounted for 43.34%of the total effect.Conclusion:Self-compassion played partial mediating effect between childhood abuse and suicidal Ideation of college students.College educators should help the childhood abused students to improve the level of self-compassion and reduce the probability of suicide.
