摘　　要：目的:分析躯体快感与社会快感缺失在肺癌患者自我怜悯和自杀风险之间的相关性,为肺癌患者心理护理提供指导。方法:选取武汉市6所三甲医院收治的269例肺癌患者作为调查对象,调查其社会快感缺失、躯体快感缺失、自我怜悯和自杀风险。结果:肺癌患者躯体快感缺失得分为(47.84±3.28)、社会快感缺失得分为(29.04±3.48)、自我怜悯得分为(80.98±7.28)、自杀风险得分为(107.73±10.43)。躯体快感缺失、社会快感缺失在肺癌患者自我怜悯与自杀风险的中介效应为-0.17和-0.19,两者链式中介效应为-0.10。结论:肺癌患者躯体快感缺失、社会快感缺失能降低自我怜悯,减轻自杀风险,在自我怜悯和自杀风险间起中介效应和链式中介效应。Objective:To analyze the mediation effects between somatic anhedonia and social anhedonia in self-pity and suicide risk in lung cancer patients,thus providing guidance for psychological care in lung cancer patients.Methods:269 patients with lung cancer admitted to the department of respiratory medicine in 6 hospitals in Wuhan city were selected as the subjects to investigate the social anhedonia,physical pleasure,self-compassion and suicide risk.Results:The score of physical anhedonia was(47.84±3.28),the score of social anhedonia was(29.04±3.48),the score of self-compassion was(80.98±7.28),and the score of suicide risk was(107.73±10.43)in patients with lung cancer.The mediating effect of physical anhedonia and social anhedonia between the self-compassion and suicide risk was-0.17 and-0.19,and their continuous path intermediary effect was-0.10 in patients with lung cancer.Conclusion:Physical anhedonia and social anhedonia in patients with lung cancer can reduce self-compassion and mitigate the suicide risk,and play an intermediary effect and chain intermediary effect between self-compassion and suicide risk.
