摘　　要：利拉鲁肽为胰高血糖素样肽1类似物,且可通过促进机体白色脂肪组织向棕色脂肪组织转化,消耗机体过剩能量,还可以延迟胃排空速度,增加肥胖者胃饱腹感,进而控制肥胖者体重。多项研究表明,利拉鲁肽具有良好的减重作用,且安全。在控制肥胖者体重的同时,利拉鲁肽能改善肥胖并发症如糖尿病、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、多囊卵巢综合征、心脑血管疾病、肾脏疾病等的临床症状,在肥胖人群中有一定的应用前景。As a glucagon-like peptide 1 analogue, liraglutide can promote the transformation of white adipose tissue into brown adipose tissue, consume excess energy of body, delay the speed of gastric emptying, and increase the feeling of fullness in obese patients, therefore it can control the weight. Many studies have shown that liraglutide has a good effect on weight loss and it is safe. While controlling the weight of obese people, liraglutide can improve the clinical symptoms of obesity complications such as diabetes, sleep apnea syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, cardio-cerebrovascular disease,kidney disease. It has a certain application prospect in obese people.
