摘 要:为探讨长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在鸡繁殖性状中的作用,研究通过分析苏禽3号高产组和低产组母鸡垂体转录组数据,结合edgeR软件预测出在鸡垂体中差异表达的lncRNA,并通过GO和KEGG pathway富集分析,找出与鸡繁殖性状相关的差异表达lncRNA。结果表明,通过预测得到952个差异表达的lncRNA,其中908个上调,44个下调;差异表达的lncRNA共富集到9个信号通路,与繁殖性状相关的通路分别为BMP和cAMP,共筛选到3个与繁殖性状相关的lncRNA,推测这3个lncRNA在鸡繁殖过程中起重要作用,但其机制还需要进一步研究。研究结果对进一步深入研究与鸡产蛋性能相关的lncRNA生物学功能及调控机制奠定了基础,丰富了鸡的生殖调控理论。The experiment was conducted to study the lncRNA function in reproductive traits in chicken.In this study,lncRNA candidates were identified combining edgeR software and analysed the sequence high-throughput RNA-seq based on the chicken pituitary transcriptome data from Suqin No.3 high-yield and low-yield hens.Through GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis,the differential expression of lncRNAs related to reproductive traits were found out.The results showed that 952 differentially expressed lncRNAs were obtained through prediction,that 908 were positive accommodation and 44 were negative regulation.The differential expressed lncRNAs were enriched in 9 signal pathways.The pathways related to reproductive traits were BMP and cAMP,and 3 lncRNAs related to reproductive traits were screened.It was speculated that these 3 lncRNAs played an important role in the reproductive process of chickens,but their mechanisms needed further to study.This result laid a foundation for further in-depth study on the biological function and regulation mechanism of lncRNA related to chicken laying performance,and enriched the theory of chicken reproduction regulation.
