摘　　要：目的检索头颈癌放疗患者营养管理的相关证据,并对最佳证据进行总结。方法系统检索美国国立指南库、加拿大安大略护士协会、英国国家卫生和临床技术优化研究所、苏格兰校际指南网络、国际指南协作网、美国国家综合癌症网络、澳大利亚癌症协会、PubMed、Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库中有关头颈癌放疗患者营养管理的文献,检索时限为建库至2020年9月。结果共纳入5篇文献,包括指南2篇、专家共识3篇,最终在头颈癌放疗患者的营养筛查与评估、营养支持、营养监测与随访等三个方面,总结出17条最佳证据。结论医护人员可应用最佳证据开展营养管理的实践变革,提高头颈癌放疗患者营养管理的科学性,改善患者的营养状况和临床结局。Objective To search and summarize the best available evidence on nutrition management in patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods The literature on nutrition management in patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy was searched among National Guideline Clearinghouse,Registered Nurses’Association of Ontario,National Institute for Health and Care Excellence,Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network,Guidelines International Network,National Comprehensive Cancer Network,Cancer Council Australia,PubMed,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and Chongqing VIP.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to September 2020.Results Totally five articles were included,involving two guidelines and three expert consensuses.Seventeen items of best evidence were summarized,including nutrition screening and assessment,nutritional support,and nutritional monitoring and evaluation.Conclusions Clinicians can implement best evidence to carry out the practical reform of nutrition management,improve the scientific of nutrition management of head and neck cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy,and improve the nutritional status and clinical outcome of patients.
