摘　　要：目的评价玩偶疗法对老年痴呆患者的干预效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、SinoMed、中国知网、万方、维普等数据库中关于玩偶疗法应用于老年痴呆患者的随机对照研究,检索时间为建库至2021年5月23日。由2位研究员独立筛选文献并提取资料,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇文献,总计491例患者。Meta分析结果显示,玩偶疗法可改善老年痴呆患者认知功能[MD=2.26,95%CI(1.97,2.55),P<0.01],提高生活质量[SMD=0.96,95%CI(0.70,1.21),P<0.01],减少激越行为[SMD=-0.77,95%CI(-1.43,-0.12),P=0.02]。结论当前证据表明,玩偶疗法有利于改善老年痴呆患者的认知功能,减少激越行为,进一步提高患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the effects of doll therapy on the elderly with dementia.Methods The databases of PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched by computer to collect the studies of randomized controlled trials on the effects of doll therapy on the elderly with dementia from the establishment of the database to May 23,2021.The studies were independently screened and extracted by two researchers,and RevMan5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 7 studies were included,involving 491 patients.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that doll therapy could improve the cognitive function[MD=2.26,95%CI(1.97,2.55),P<0.01],improve the quality of life[SMD=0.96,95%CI(0.70,1.21),P<0.01],reduce agitation behavior[SMD=-0.77,95%CI(-1.43,-0.12),P=0.02]of the elderly with dementia.Conclusions Current evidence indicates that doll therapy is beneficial to improve cognitive function of the elderly with dementia,reduce agitation behavior and further improve life quality.
