摘  要:通过对当前中低速磁悬浮线路BIM技术应用的分析调研发现,国内外轨道交通BIM应用领域存在建模工作量巨大、各分项工程之间关联性差等问题。为加速推进工程建设信息化在中低速磁悬浮建设中的应用,提出一种结合正向设计理念的中低速磁浮土建构件库信息管理平台架构方法,着重从BIM技术的角度来研究构件拆分、构件模型建立及构件库管理平台的开发,依此来建立工程模型搭建的单元分析方法,并通过在Revit中开发模型信息提取插件,建立与之连接的数据库,来实现构件信息的存储、查找等功能,初步完成快速正向设计中构件信息的管理平台。研究表明,基于BIM多维正向设计的构件信息管理平台,有助于工程技术人员更便捷地了解工程结构,改进设计施工流程,同时为工程建筑物的全生命周期管理提供基础信息支撑。Through the analysis and investigation of the current application of BIM technology in medium-low speed maglev lines,it is found that there are problems in the BIM application field of rail transit at home and abroad,such as huge modeling workload and poor correlation between subprojects.To accelerate the application of engineering construction informatization in the construction of medium-low speed maglev,a method for the management platform of the medium-low speed maglev civil construction component library combined with the forward design concept is proposed,and the component splitting,component model establishment and component library management platform development are used to create the unit analysis method for engineering model construction.The model information extraction plug-in is developed in Revit and the database connected to it is established to realize the storage and search of component information.The management platform of component information in the rapid forward design is initially completed.Research shows that the component information management platform based on BIM multi-dimensional forward design helps engineers and technicians understand the engineering structure more conveniently,improve the design and construction process,and provide basic information support for the life cycle management of engineering buildings.
