摘 要:铁路桥梁是高速铁路系统中的重要组成部分,其健康状况对车辆运营安全具有重大影响。桥墩沉降会引起无砟轨道底座板产生脱空区域,给列车安全运行埋下隐患。分析桥梁上纵连板式无砟轨道底座板随桥墩沉降产生脱空区域的机理,推导桥墩沉降量与底座板脱空区域映射关系的解析表达式,计算底座板随桥墩沉降的位移曲线,并与有限元模型结果进行对比,最后对纵连板式轨道条件下底座板随桥墩沉降的脱空区域范围大小,脱空间距曲线进行分析。结果表明:解析模型可用于求解纵连板式无砟轨道条件下底座板由于桥墩沉降产生的脱空问题;底座板脱空区域范围和脱空最大间距随沉降量的增加而增加,当沉降值达到35 mm时,最大间距值达到0.98 mm;桥梁面刚度对沉降处底座板脱空区域和脱空最大间距影响不大。Railway bridge is one of the essential components in a high-speed railway system and its health status has a significant impact on operational safety.Pier settlement can induce base plate void and hidden risk for train running.In this paper,the mechanism of the base plate void area due to the pier settlement in the longitudinal connected ballastless track system is analyzed On this basis,the analytic expression of the mapping relationship between pier settlement and void area of the base plate is deduced.The base plate deformation curve is calculated and compared with the finite element model results.Finally,the changing ranges of void areas and the spacing curve between base plate and bridge plate on account of the pier settlement in the longitudinal connected ballastless track system are analyzed.The results show that the analytical model can solve the void problem due to the pier settlement in the longitudinal connected ballastless track system.The void areas and the maximum spacing between base plate and bridge plate increase with the increase of settlement.When the settlement value reaches 35mm,the maximum spacing value reaches 0.98mm.The bridge surface stiffness has little effect on the void area and the maximum spacing between base plate and bridge plate.
