摘 要:以主跨216 m杭温铁路永嘉右行线跨甬台温特大桥为背景,研究铁路钢-混结合段的力学性能及传力机理,并讨论该桥钢混结合段的合理构造参数。采用ANSYS软件建立其钢-混结合段局部有限元模型,分析结合段中钢与混凝土内力的分配情况,并对影响其传力分配的构造参数进行探讨。结果表明:结构纵向受力板件处于受压状态,钢梁应力沿结合段逐渐减小;承压板分担轴力比例约为56.2%,随着承压板厚度增加,其分担荷载比例也有提高,承压板厚度在40~60 mm之间时提高较快,承压板厚度大于60 mm后提高不明显;钢梁埋入段长度大于2.5 m后,对传力效果的影响不大;剪力钉刚度的增加会显著提高其承担的顺桥向剪力,并增加剪力沿横桥向分布的不均匀性。To investigate the force transfer mechanism and mechanical performance of the steel-concrete joint section of railway bridge,the Yongjia Right Line of Hangzhou-Wenzhou railway across Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Bridge with a main span of 216 m is referenced to study the reasonable parameters of the section.The software ANSYS is used to establish the finite element model for the steel-concrete joint section to analyze the axial force distribution of the steel and concrete of the joint section,and those structural parameters that influence the force distribution are discussed as well.The results show that the structural longitudinal force-bearing plates are in the compression state,and the stress of steel girder decreases towards the longitudinal direction of the joint section.The ratio of the axial force shared by the bearing plate is about 56.2%,and as its thickness increases,the ratio will also increase and grow faster between 40~60mm.However,when the thickness is greater than 60mm,the increase is not obvious.The embedded length of steel girder larger than 2.5 m has negligible effects on the load transferring efficiency.The increment in the stiffness of the shear studs will significantly increase the shear force they bear along the bridge and increase the uneven distribution of the shear force along the transverse bridge.
