摘　　要：订单式生产可以帮助生产企业实现定制化生产服务,是现代制造业的重要生产模式之一。然而由于缺乏实物质押,订单式生产企业一旦出现资金短缺,很难从传统的银行融资渠道获得支持。在此,提出构建基于物流金融的订单融资模式,通过对生产企业与金融机构的决策过程进行建模,运用数值分析的方法分析决策者对一些重要外部变量的敏感度变化以及决策点变化,为订单式生产模式企业与银行提供可供参考的生产及融资决策依据。The make-to-order(MTO)production helps manufacturers achieve customized production services,and is one of the important production modes of modern manufacturing.However,due to the lack of physical pledge,it is difficult for order-production enterprises to obtain support from traditional bank financing channels once they are short of funds.Therefore,based on the logistics financial order of financing mode,through the modeling of the production enterprises and financial institutions in the decision-making process,by means of numerical analysis methods to analyze the sensitivity of the decision-makers to some of the important external variables and the decision factors,an order finance model is proposed in the paper to provide a reference for the decisions to be made by the production enterprise as well as the banks.
