摘  要:低温液相法制备AgInS_(2)和掺杂不同量Bi^(3+)的AgInS_(2)(表示为Bi-AgInS_(2))。通过降解罗丹明B(RhB)和4-硝基苯酚(PNP)考察AgInS_(2)和Bi-AgInS_(2)的可见光催化活性。研究结果表明:未加入Bi^(3+)时样品为正交结构的AgInS_(2),加入Bi^(3+)后样品变为面心立方结构;Bi^(3+)未改变AgInS_(2)中各元素的氧化态,但使Ag^(+)对电子的结合能力增强,S^(2-)对电子的结合能力减弱;随Bi^(3+)的增多,样品对可见光的吸收能力增强,发射强度减弱;Bi^(3+)∶In^(3+)=14.3∶2.7的Bi-AgInS_(2)对RhB和PNP的降解显示出最佳的可见光催化活性。AgInS_(2)and AgInS_(2)with different ratios of Bi^(3+)(denoted as Bi-AgInS_(2))were prepared by the low temperature liquid method.The visible light photocatalytic activities of AgInS_(2)and Bi-AgInS_(2)were studied through the degradation of Rhodamine B(RhB)and 4-nitrophenol(PNP).The experimental results displayed that the prepared samples without adding Bi^(3+) were orthorhombic phase AgInS_(2),while samples were face-centered cubic structure when different amount of Bi^(3+) were added into AgInS_(2).The addition of Bi^(3+) did not change the elements oxidation state in the AgInS_(2),but enhanced the binding ability of Ag^(+) to electrons,and weakened the binding ability of S_(2-) to electrons.As the amount of Bi^(3+) increased,the visible light absorption abilities of the samples increased,but the emission intensities decreased.Bi-AgInS_(2)with the optimal ratio(Bi^(3+):In^(3+)=14.3:2.7)showed the highest visible light photocatalytic activity for the degradations of RhB and PNP.
