基于蔗渣纤维复合的再生瓦楞原纸强度性能优化方法研究

摘  要:为提升再生瓦楞纸的强度性能,本研究以蔗渣、废旧瓦楞纸箱为原料,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)为助剂抄造再生瓦楞原纸,通过试验分析纤维参数、蔗渣原料打浆参数、废瓦楞纸浆以及CPAM添加比例等对再生瓦楞原纸强度性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着纤维强度和长度的改变,再生瓦楞原纸的撕裂指数及断裂韧性增大。当打浆度为19oSR时,再生瓦楞原纸撕裂指数最大;在废瓦楞纸浆定量条件下,选取蔗渣原料的打浆间距为4.5mm、打磨4.5min、蔗渣添加量为19%,再生瓦楞原纸撕裂指数达到18.5mN·m^(2)·g^(-1),此时抗撕裂强度最大;在蔗渣浆定量条件下,废瓦楞纸浆的添加比例低于16%、打浆度为22oSR时,再生瓦楞原纸的耐破指数、抗张指数、环压指数、撕裂指数更好,强度性能更佳;CPAM添加比例为3.5%时再生瓦楞原纸的撕裂指数最大。In order to improve the strength performance of recycled corrugated paper, bagasse and waste corrugated boxes were used as raw materials and cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM) was used as additives to copy recycled corrugated paper. The effect of fiber parameters, beating parameters of bagasse raw materials, selection of waste corrugated pulp and CPAM addition ratio on the strength performance of recycled corrugated paper was studied through experimental analysis. The results showed that the tear index and fracture toughness of recycled corrugated paper increase with the change of fiber strength and length. The tear index of recycled corrugated paper is the highest when the beating degree is 19°SR. Under the quantitative condition of waste corrugated pulp, the beating spacing of bagasse raw material is 4.5 mm, grinding is 4.5 min, the addition of bagasse is 19%, and the tear index of recycled corrugated paper reaches 18.5 mN·m^(2)·g^(-1). Under the quantitative condition of bagasse pulp, when the addition ratio of waste corrugated pulp is less than 16% and the beating degree is 22°SR, the bursting, tensile, ring pressure, tear index and tear resistance of recycled corrugated paper are better. When the addition ratio of CPAM is 3.5%, the tear index of recycled corrugated paper is the largest.
