摘  要:【目的】丝栗栲(Castanopsis fargesii)是中国亚热带地区至关重要的建群树种。细根作为植物体内最活跃和敏感的地下器官,其生态化学计量特征可为探索外界生存环境变化对植物内在机制的影响提供理论依据。而海拔可使温度、光照、湿度和大气压等因子发生变化,进而对细根产生一定的影响。【方法】研究以郭岩山自然保护区不同海拔高度(600,800,1000 m)丝栗栲天然林为研究对象,分别测定了不同海拔丝栗栲细根及土壤碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量,旨在揭示丝栗栲天然林细根在不同海拔下对土壤养分变化的适应规律。探索细根各项指标参数与土壤环境之间的相互关系,为天然林更新保护提供一定的参考和借鉴。【结果】(1)丝栗栲细根C、N、P、C∶N、C∶P、N∶P含量平均值分别为(431.34±3.16)mg/g、(12.81±0.51)mg/g、(1.66±0.06)mg/g、36.77±1.46、1122.71±88.36和8.41±0.47,其中丝栗栲细根N、P含量高于我国平均水平,C、C∶N、N∶P含量低于我国平均水平且N∶P<12;(2)海拔对丝栗栲细根根际土化学元素及化学计量比均存在显著(C含量)和极显著影响(N含量、P含量、C∶N、C∶P、N∶P),而对丝栗栲细根除C∶N比影响不显著外,其余元素及化学计量比均存在极显著影响;(3)丝栗栲细根C、N、P含量均随海拔梯度变化具有显著差异,且细根C、N、N∶P在800 m海拔处数值大于600 m以及1000 m海拔处;(4)细根N、P含量分别与土壤N、P含量呈极显著正相关关系。【结论】丝栗栲细根化学元素含量在海拔梯度上存在显著变化,且与土壤化学元素之间存在密切关系,其中在800 m海拔处的土壤环境与气候较适宜丝栗栲细根对N元素的吸收,丝栗栲细根N∶P<12,表明郭岩山丝栗栲细根的生长在一定程度上受到N元素含量的限制,土壤N含量的提高有利于促进丝栗栲细根对P元素的吸收。[Objective]Castanopsis fargesiiis a constructive species in subtropical forest ecosystems of China and plays a crucial role in maintaining the ecosystem service of subtropical forest ecosystems.Fine roots are the most active and sensitive underground organs in plants,and their ecological stoichiometric ratio can be considered an useful indicator to explore the influence of changes in the external environment factors on the internal mechanism of plants.Elevation can impact the function trait of fine root by the changes in the environmental factors,such as temperature,light,humidity,and atmospheric pressure.[Method]Samples were collected from the Castanopsis fargesii natural forest communities at three elevation gradients(600 m,800 m,1000 m)in the Guoyan Mountain Nature Reserve.The content of C,N,and P in the fine roots and rhizosphere soil of Castanopsis fargesii community at different elevation gradients were determined.This study aimed to reveal the adaptation of Castanopsis fargesii natural forest fine roots to soil nutrient changes at different altitudes and investigate the relationship between various index parameters of fine roots and the soil environment,which will provide a certain reference for the regeneration and protection of natural forests.[Result](1)The average contents of C,N,P,C∶N,C∶P,N∶P in Castanopsis fargesii fine roots were(431.34±3.16)mg/g and(12.81±0.51)mg/g(1.66±0.06)mg/g,36.77±1.46,1122.71±88.36,8.41±0.47,respectively.The contents of N and P in the fine roots of Castanopsis fargesii were greater than the average level in China,while the contents of C,C∶N and N∶P were lower,the N∶P in this study was<12.(2)Elevation significantly effects the chemical elements and stoichiometric ratio of fine roots and rhizosphere soil of Castanopsis fargesii community except the C∶N ratio in the fine root.(3)The C,N,and P contents in the Castanopsis fargesii fine roots changed significantly with elevation gradients,and the C,N,N∶P values of the fine roots at the 800 m elevation gradient
