双创教育背景下高职大学生就业创业能力培养模式探析

摘　　要：随着时代的迅速发展,社会对创新型人才的需求急剧增长。因此,国家和社会对于高等职业院校所培养出来的学生提出了更好的要求,高等职业院校也急切地面临着转型和升级,改变传统的人才培养模式势在必行。随着双创教育理论的诞生,该文针对性地对高等职业技术学校的学生就业创业能力的培养模式进行了研讨,以期能够让学生足以应对新形势下的复杂就业现状,从根本上提升学生的就业创业能力。With the rapid development of the times,the social demand for innovative talents is increasing sharply.Therefore,the state and society has put forward better requirements for the students cultivated by higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges are also eager to face transformation and upgrading.It is imperative to change the traditional talent training mode.With the birth of the theory of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education,this paper discusses the training mode of students’employment and entrepreneurship ability in higher vocational and technical schools,in order to enable students to deal with the complex employment situation under the new situation and fundamentally improve students’employment and entrepreneurship ability.
