不同种植模式下核桃树体生长发育及果实品质分析

摘　　要：为了明确核桃单作和核桃—玉米间作模式对核桃树体长势及核桃果实品质的影响,以九年生单作核桃园与核桃—玉米间作园为研究对象开展了试验研究。结果表明:不同种植模式对核桃一次枝、冠幅及树高在坐果期无显著影响;不同种植模式对核桃果实品质影响不明显,但单作园核桃果仁单宁含量要低于间作园,单作园核桃口感更好;间作模式下核桃果实在经济性状方面表现优于单作模式,其中干果三径均值与单作模式有显著差异;单作模式下核桃青皮水分含量高于间作模式,推断间作核桃园养分吸收利用率更高。In order to clarify the influence of walnut monoculture and walnut-corn intercropping mode on walnut tree growth and walnut fruit quality,an experimental study was carried out in nine-year-old walnut monoculture garden and walnut-corn intercropping garden.The results showed that different planting modes had no significant effects on the primary branch,crown width and tree height of walnut at fruit setting stage.Different planting modes had no obvious effect on walnut fruit quality,but the tannin content of walnut kernel in monoculture garden was lower than that in intercropping garden,and the taste was better.The economic characters of walnut fruit in intercropping mode were better than that in monoculture mode,and the average value of three diameters of dry fruit were significantly different from that in monoculture mode.The moisture content of walnut skin in monoculture mode was higher than that in intercropping mode,which inferred that the nutrient absorption and utilization rate of intercropping walnut orchard was higher.
