摘 要:电解铝是高耗能、高碳排放行业,必须采取相应措施来实现碳中和的目标。结合铝电解行业现状,讨论了碳中和背景下电解铝行业节能减排的有效措施和发展方向,得出电解铝行业节能减排的措施主要包括5个方面,即优化能源消耗结构,降低火电消纳,提升清洁能源占比,构建大规模储能系统;循环利用再生铝资源,提升再生铝占比及消费,改善全行业碳排放水平;构建“互联网+降碳”新模式,开展数据化建设,实现智能降碳;布局产业绿色发展,压减落后产能,严格环境监控,实施设备系统升级改造;降低电解铝行业能耗总量,实现技术革新。Electrolytic aluminum is the industry of high energy consumption and high carbon emission,so corresponding measures must be taken to achieve the goal of carbon neutralization.Combined with the current situation of aluminum electrolysis industry,this paper discusses the effective measures and development direction of energy conservation and emission reduction in aluminum electrolysis industry under the background of carbon neutralization,which comes to the conclusion that the measures of energy conservation and emission reduction in aluminum electrolysis industry mainly include five aspects:optimizing the energy consumption structure could reduce the consumption of thermal power,increase the proportion of clean energy,and build a large-scale energy storage system;recycling recycled aluminum resources,which can increase the proportion and consumption of recycled aluminum,and improve the carbon emission level of the whole industry;building a new mode of"Internet plus carbon reduction"and carrying out data construction,would be the key to achieve intelligent carbon reduction;green development of industrial layout,reduction of backward production capacity,strict environmental monitoring and implementation of equipment system upgrading can be one of the measures;reducing the total energy consumption of electrolytic aluminum industry could be to realize technological innovation.
