摘 要:地聚合物的原材料丰富,耐高温,体积稳定性高,力学强度高,有良好的耐久性,且固封重金属离子效果好,相比金属、陶瓷、水泥等性能更加优越。通过试验分析地聚合物的性能,包括地聚合物土的渗透性及力学性能,并进行实例分析地聚合物处理软土地基的具体应用,结果表明:地聚合物土的渗透系数能够达到10^(-9)量级,并且可以显著降低原状土的渗透性,使土体内部的结构更加密实;地聚合物土90d的抗剪强度、抗压强度呈现正相关关系,比水泥土、原状土的抗压强度更高。通过以上研究得出:采用地聚合物土搅拌法处理软土地基,能够有效提升软土地基承载力。Ground polymer has the characteristics of rich in raw materials,high temperature resistance,high volume stability,high mechanical strength,good durability and good effect of solid sealing of heavy metal ions.Moreover,it has better performance than metals,ceramics,cement,etc.The performance of it is analyzed by experiments,including the permeability and mechanical properties of ground polymer soil and an example is given to analyze the specific application of ground polymer in soft land base treatment.The results show that the permeability coefficient of the ground polymer soil can reach the magnitude of 10^(-9),and the ground polymer can significantly reduce the permeability of the original soil and make the structure inside the soil more compact.The shear strength and compressive strength of 90 d are positively correlated.The compressive strength of 90 d ground polymer soil is higher than that of hydro-soil and undisturbed soil.Through the study above,the soft soil foundation can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the soft soil foundation.
