摘 要:PLC在工业控制领域被广泛使用,具有性能可靠、控制简便等特点。本文首先介绍内燃机车的主要特点及其发展,简述PLC技术,然后以某型内燃机车为例,探讨基于PLC优化内燃机车的逻辑控制系统设计,主要包括PLC选型、I/O接线等硬件设计以及柴油机启动,内燃机车启动控制程序等软件设计,旨在实现更加高效可靠的内燃机车控制。PLC is widely used in the field of industrial control and has the characteristics of reliable performance and easy control.This article first introduces the main characteristics and development of diesel locomotives,briefly describes PLC technology,and then takes a certain type of diesel locomotive as an example to discuss the design of logic control system optimization of diesel locomotives based on PLC,including PLC selection,I/O wiring and other hardware The design and software design of diesel engine start and diesel locomotive start control program are designed to achieve more efficient and reliable diesel locomotive control.
