摘 要:油田直驱钻井柴油机在工作过程中低负荷工况占比较高,此工况的油耗比经济区高约25%,而此时风扇功率占比较大且存在散热冗余。通过在柴油机自由端安装液力偶合器,可以解决低负荷工况油耗高的问题。本研究采用台架试验模拟钻井低负荷工况,并分别将液力偶合器设置成全速及温控两种模式,对比分析了低负荷工况柴油机的油耗,并在油田现场实际进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,安装液力偶合器的柴油机具有明显的节油效果。Oil field direct drive drilling diesel engine accounts for a high proportion of low load condition in the working process,the fuel consumption under this condition is about 25%higher than that in the economic condition,at thiscondition,the fan power accounts for a large proportionand there is heat dissipation redundancy.By installing the hydraulic coupling at the free end of the diesel engine,we can solve the problem of high fuel consumption under low load conditions.In this study,the bench test simulates low load conditions,the hydraulic coupling is set to full speed and temperature control modes respectively,we compared and analyzed the fuel consumption of low load condition,and then carried out comparative test in the field.The test results show that,the diesel engine with hydraulic coupling has obvious fuel saving effect.
