摘　　要：中国汽车工业的发展导致汽车数量飞速增长,交通事故后的修复及安全问题成为汽车拥有者关注的重点。准确的维修过程,测量数据真实性,为下一步车身修复工作提供良好的数据支持,从而更好的降低危险系数,保证车身的修复效果。目前,国内已有不同类型的板件焊接方式,焊接方式的多样化早已使焊接有了多种选择的余地,但传统焊接方式都是手动焊接,在板件固定方面以及效率方面都有着一定的不足,不能够兼其所有,本文设计的板件切割、自动快速焊接装置恰好解决了传统切割、焊接的缺陷。该汽车车身板件定位切割、焊接装置,具备操作方便,适用范围广泛,有效提高对铝合金板件切割、焊接固定牢固性的优点,解决了现有技术中对板件切割、焊接、固定过程中的一些实际问题,切割时由于手工运行切割锯(切割枪)不能保证行走速度、路径的平稳性和顺畅性,焊接时手工运行焊枪不能保证力道、速度、焊接轨迹的一致性,固定力度过大导致铝合金板件易变形,以及对铝合金板件固定效果差等问题。The development of China's automobile industry has led to a rapid increase in the number of cars,and the repair and safety issues after traffic accidents have become the focus of car owners.The accurate maintenance process and the authenticity of the measured data provide good data support for the next car body repair work,so as to better reduce the risk factor and ensure the car body repair effect.At present,there are different types of plate welding methods in China.The diversification of welding methods has already given a variety of options for welding.However,the traditional welding methods are manual welding,which has certain aspects in terms of plate fixing and efficiency.Insufficiency,it is impossible to have all of them.The plate cutting and automatic rapid welding device designed in this paper just solves the defects of traditional cutting and welding.The positioning cutting and welding device for automobile body panels has the advantages of convenient operation and wide application range,effectively improving the firmness of cutting,welding and fixing aluminum alloy panels,and solving the cutting,welding and fixing processes of panels in the prior art Some practical problems in the manual operation of the cutting saw(cutting gun)during cutting cannot guarantee the walking speed,the stability and smoothness of the path,and the manual operation of the welding gun during welding cannot guarantee the consistency of the force,speed,and welding track,and the fixed force is over The aluminum alloy plate is easily deformed and the fixing effect of the aluminum alloy plate is poor.
