摘  要:针对应用于引信安全系统后坐保险机构中截面宽度不变的W形平面微机电系统(Micro Electro Mechanical System,MEMS)弹簧,在弹丸发射时所受后坐过载为瞬态高过载,从而导致弹簧每节变形不均匀的问题,提出了截面宽度渐变W形平面MEMS弹簧,并通过数值计算与仿真结果进行比较和相互验证,得到了截面宽度渐变的W形MEMS平面弹簧的刚度计算方法及刚度计算公式,并仿真验证了截面宽度渐变的W形平面MEMS弹簧应用于后坐保险机构时,弹簧变形均匀可有效减小危险点应力集中,从而满足抗瞬态高过载的使用要求。Applied to fuze safety system took insurance institutions in the cross section width W plane Micro Electro Mechanical System(MEMS) spring constant, when the projectile launched by sat high overload for the transient overload, results in uneven spring each section type variable problem, put forward the gradient section width W plane MEMS springs, and through numerical calculation and simulation results were compared and mutual authentication, the cross section width of gradient W-type planar MEMS spring stiffness calculation method and calculation formula of stiffness, and the simulation validation of cross section width gradient W plane MEMS spring applied to recoil when insurance agencies, spring deformation uniformity,It can effectively reduce the stress concentration at the dangerous point and meet the requirements of anti-transient high overload.
