摘　　要：随钻测量仪(Measurement While Drilling,MWD)井下仪器广泛应用于定向钻井作业。该仪器每次出井都需要拆卸检查探管扶正器。井下作业过程泥浆长时间冲刷淤塞,使用普通工具拆卸扶正器费时费力,并且容易损坏。因此,在对原有拆卸方式进行调查分析后确定了创新思路,通过借鉴拉马工具原理,结合扶正器的结构,研制出一种专用拆卸工具,实现了快速无损拆卸。The Measurement While Drilling(MWD) downhole instrument is a widely used in directional drilling operations. The probe centralizer of the instrument needs to be disassembled and inspected for each drilling when the instrument out of well. Due to the long-term washing of mud in the drilling, it is time-consuming and laborious to remove the centralizer using ordinary tools,more over, the centralizer is easy to damage when removed at that way. After investigating and analyzing the original disassemble method, we decided on the innovative idea, drew on the principle of Puller tool, combined with the structure of the centralizer,developed a special disassembly tool, so as to achieve the goal of rapid non-destructive disassemble.
