摘　　要：某型飞机环控系统配套的回热器在外场使用时多次发生回热器串漏问题。因此,通过理论分析和试验验证,找出了回热器串漏的原因,并在此基础上分析了回热器的工艺及设计方法,确定了简单、有效的改进措施,对类似产品的研制生产具有借鉴意义。A regenerator for an aircraft environmental control system had leakage for many times. Through theoretical analysis and experiment, the cause of regenerator leakage is confirmed in this paper. At the same time, the manufacturing technology and design method of the regenerator are analyzed in this paper, the simple and effective improvement measures are determined which can be used for reference for other similar products.
