摘 要:施工升降梯是多层建筑垂直运输中必不可少的设备。目前,施工电梯中升降梯吊笼门开启时,单开门常无法与小翻板形成联动,需要手动开启。为解决以上问题,设计了一种施工升降梯单开门与小翻板联动机构。该机构采用钢丝绳串联、滑块定位、拉簧复位和绳轮的配合,实现了单开门与小翻板联动,最终达到了同开同闭的效果,提升了施工效率,降低了劳动强度,提高了施工环境的安全性。Construction elevator is an indispensable equipment in the vertical transportation of multi-storey buildings.At present, the common problem in the construction elevator is that when the elevator cage door is opened, a single door cannot form a linkage with the small flip plate, which needs to be opened manually.To solve the above problems, this paper designed a construction elevator single door and small plate linkage mechanism, the mechanism adopts wire rope series, slider positioning,spring reset and rope wheel cooperation, so as to realize the single door and small plate linkage, finally achieve the effect of opening and closing, improve the construction efficiency, reduce the labor intensity, improve the safety of the construction environment.
