摘　　要：针对SS4B型机车电机检修过程中需要不同工序频繁核对部件及记录检修数据的作业方式,提出新型的应用模式。通过采用射频识别(Radio Frequency IDentification,RFID)技术和移动计算技术,构建了工业互联网应用模式,为电机检修搭建了高效的物联网平台,实现了部件的自动识别、检修过程的质量卡控以及电机检修无纸化,并且提升了工作效率和工作质量。Aiming at the operation mode of frequently checking components and recording maintenance data in different procedures during the maintenance process of the SS4 B locomotive motor, a new application mode is proposed. Radio Frequency IDentification(RFID) technology and mobile computing technology are used to build industrial Internet applications, build an efficient Internet of Things platform for motor maintenance, and realize automatic identification of components;realize the quality card control of the maintenance process;realize the paperless motor maintenance, improve work efficiency and quality of work.
