全程护理服务模式对高压氧治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的依从性及神经、运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究全程护理服务模式对高压氧治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的依从性及神经、运动功能的影响。方法:选择2018年6月—2020年6月郑州市第七人民医院就诊的108例接受高压氧治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者,按随机数表法分为观察组54例和对照组54例。对照组按常规护理,观察组应用全程护理服务模式。观察两组治疗依从性、神经功能、运动功能的恢复情况。结果:干预期间,观察组治疗依从性各项评分均高于对照组,观察组神经缺损评分低于对照组,观察组肢体运动功能评分高于对照组。结论:全程护理服务模式有助于提升患者治疗依从性、改善神经及运动功能的预后恢复情况。Objective:To study the effect of the whole-course nursing service model on the compliance of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and neurological and motor functions of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,108 patients with ischemic stroke who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy were selected and divided into observation group of 54 cases and control group of 54 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine care,and the observation group was treated with a whole-course nursing service model.The recovery of treatment compliance,neurological function and motor function were observed in the two groups.Results:During the intervention period,the treatment compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the neurological deficit scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the limb motor function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:The whole--course nursing service model can help improve patient compliance with treatment and improve the prognosis and recovery of neurological and motor functions.
