摘 要:研究老参地土壤中的化感物质对后茬作物种子萌发和生长的影响.用3种不同质量浓度(50、100、200 g/L)老参地土壤浸提液对玉米、紫苏进行种子萌发和幼苗生长试验,统计玉米和紫苏的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、发芽速度指数,以及发芽后的幼苗株高、根长和须根量.结果显示:老参地土壤浸提液对玉米和紫苏种子萌发的抑制作用均随质量浓度的提高而增强,其中,发芽指数对人参的化感作用更为敏感.老参地土壤浸提液抑制幼苗根生长,根长和须根量随浸提液质量浓度的提高抑制作用显著增强,但对株高的抑制作用不明显;浸提液质量浓度为50 g/L时开始抑制根生长,尤其是对根长的抑制作用最强.化感效应强度为根长>须根量>株高;化感物质对玉米的化感作用要强于紫苏,预示紫苏可能更适合与人参轮作.This research aims to investigate the effects of allelochemicals derived from old Ginseng field on the seed germination and seedling growth of later-planted crops.Three different concentrations(50,100,200 g/L)of soil extracts derived from old Ginseng field were applied to study the seed germination and seedling growth of maize and perilla,measuring the following indexes:germination potential,germination rate,germination index germination speed index,the height,root length,and fine root biomass of the seedlings.The results showed that the suppression of soil extracts derived from old Ginseng field on maize and perilla consistently appeared to strengthen as the concentration increased,and germination speed index seemed to be more sensitive to the allelopathy of Ginseng.The soil extracts suppressed the growth of the seedlings,including the root length and fine root biomass.The suppression also significantly strengthened as the concentration increased,which was not obvious for the height of the seedlings.The suppression on the root growth exhibited as the concentration of soil extracts reached 50 g/L,which was the most strongest for root length.The strength of allelopathy satisfied root length>fine root biomass>seedling height;The allelopathy of Ginseng on maize is stronger than perilla,which indicates that perilla could be more suitable for crop rotation with Ginseng.
