摘　　要：开展长白山区有斑百合引种驯化研究,为科学保护和利用野生有斑百合种质资源提供技术支持.结果显示:长白山区有斑百合资源数量少且分散.物候期约103 d,群花期25 d;种子萌发为子叶出土型;繁育方式为有性繁殖、无性繁殖,无性繁殖使用吲哚丁酸1000 mg/kg速蘸鳞片扦插发芽整齐;可以利用“必速灭”广谱土壤消毒剂防控病虫害;秋季主要防护野猪拱食鳞茎.In order to provide technical support for the scientific protection and resource utilization of wild Lilium concolor var.pulchellum,the introduction and domestication of this species in Changbai Mountain area were studied.The results showed that the population of Lilium concolor var.pulchellum in Changbai Mountain area was small and scattered.The phenological period is about 103 d and the flowering period is 25 d.The seed germina-tion showed cotyledon unearthed type.The reproduction methods included both sexual and asexual modes.For the asexual modes,the bulb bracts were quickly dipped with 1000 mg/kg IBA and plant using cuttage method,then germinated uniformly.The diseases and insect pests were prevented and controlled by Dazomet(broad-spectrum soil disinfectant)and field management with diluted fertilizer and frequently fertilizer.It is important work to prevent wild boars from eating bulbs in autumn.
