摘 要:目的研究吉他霉素联合转移因子口服液治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月湖北省黄石市第二医院收治的116例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(吉他霉素+转移因子口服液,n=58)与对照组(吉他霉素,n=58),观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组患儿退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部体征消失时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿经治疗后血清白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);观察组患儿经治疗后血清IL-4、IL-6及TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗的总有效率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组药物不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吉他霉素联合转移因子口服液在肺炎支原体肺炎患儿中具有良好的应用效果,可缩短患者临床病症体征好转时间,减轻其机体炎性反应,提高患儿治疗效果,且用药安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effects of kitasamycin combined with transfer factor oral solution on Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP) in children and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 116 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were admitted to the Second Hospital of Huangshi from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(kitasamycin and transfer factor oral solution, n=58) and control group(kitasamycin, n=58) by random number table method, and the treatment effect of the two groups was observed.Results The fever reduction time, cough disappear time, lung signs disappear time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum interleukin-4,IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was slightly higher than that of control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Kitasamycin combined with transfer factor oral solution has good application effects in children patients with MPP,and it can shorten the time of improvement of clinical symptoms and signs, reduce the inflammatory response of body, and improve the treatment effects, and it has high medication safety, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
