摘　　要：目的:制订甲状腺癌加速康复外科围术期护理专家共识。方法:系统检索国内外文献资料并结合专家临床经验,列出具体问题并设计专家函询表,组织国内专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询和1次专家论证会议,对共识的内容进行修改和完善。结果:对甲状腺癌加速康复外科围术期护理中健康教育、戒烟戒酒、营养风险筛查、呼吸系统管理、术前体位训练和禁食禁饮等16个方面达成共识。结论:在现有证据的基础上,结合临床专家意见,对甲状腺癌加速康复外科围术期护理进行规范,共识可操作性强,对临床实践具有重要指导作用。Objective:To develop the expert consensus on ERAS of perioperative nursing in thyroid oncology.Methods:Literatures related to ERAS of perioperative nursing in thyroid oncology were systematically reviewed,accompanying with professional experience to form the key issues of nursing care and expert Delphi questionnaire.The consensus content was revised by two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and one round of expert meeting.Results:The final consensus on ERAS of perioperative nursing in thyroid oncology was formulated on sixteen aspects,including education,smoking and drinking cessation,nutrition risk assessment,respiratory system management,preoperative postural training and so on.Conclusion:On the basis of existing evidence and combined with the opinions of clinical experts,the consensus standardized the ERAS of perioperative nursing in thyroid oncology,which is highly operable,and it could play an important guiding role in clinical practice.
