摘 要:中国、越南、意大利是鞋靴产品出口额排前三位的国家,三国出口额之和占世界鞋靴出口总额的近70%。本文基于2001~2020年UN Comtrade数据库中的出口数据,通过国际市场占有率、显示性比较优势指数和贸易竞争优势指数分析三国鞋靴产品国际竞争力演变态势。结果表明,中国鞋靴产品国际市场占有率存在明显优势,但自2014年来优势迅速下降;中国显示性比较优势指数和贸易竞争优势指数总体呈下降趋势,贸易竞争优势指数自2014年来下降明显;中国制鞋产业竞争力逐年下滑,在中低端市场受到越南等新兴国家的挑战,在高端市场受到意大利等老牌强国的挤压;基于以上结果提出关于提升中国制鞋产业国际竞争力的对策建议。China,Vietnam,and Italy have long been among the top three in the world in export volume of footwear products.The total export volume of the three countries has accounted for nearly 70%of the world total.Based on the export data in the UN Comtrade database from 2001 to 2020,this article analyzes the evolution of the international competitiveness of the footwear products of the three countries through the international market share,the revealed comparative advantage index and the trade competitive advantage index.The results show that China's footwear products have obvious advantages in the international market share,but they have declined rapidly since 2014;the revealed comparative advantage index and the trade competitive advantage index have generally shown a downward trend,and the trade competitive advantage index has declined significantly since 2014;The industrial competitiveness of China’s footwear industry has been declining year by year.It is challenged by emerging countries such as Vietnam in the low-end market,and squeezed by established powers such as Italy in the high-end market.Based on the above results,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the international competitiveness of China's shoe industry are proposed.
