摘 要:为了研究激光切割和准静态挤压对花生荚果断裂力学特性的影响,以豫花9326品种为研究对象,以断裂强力和断裂变形为试验指标,以不同激光切割强度、切割速度、切割方式对花生荚果样品进行切割预处理,再以不同挤压放置方式对花生荚果进行准静态挤压断裂试验。采用单因素试验方法,结果表明:当激光强度百分比分别为75%、100%,切割速度分别为150、100mm/s,激光切割方式分别为卧放切割、侧放切割,挤压断裂放置方式分别为立放挤压、正放挤压时,断裂强力和断裂变形为单因素试验下最低值;所有单因素中,挤压方式的改变使断裂强力和断裂变形的变化幅度均比较大。采用正交试验方法,结果表明:断裂强力和断裂变形两指标下试验因素从主到次的影响顺序依次为挤压方式、激光强度、切割速度、切割方式;当激光强度为100%、切割速度为100mm/s、切割方式为侧放切割、挤压方式为立放挤压时,效果较好,断裂强力为45.75 N,断裂变形为4 mm。对激光切割后的花生荚果进行力学特性研究,为花生荚果激光破壳预处理设备的工艺参数提供了理论依据和参考。In order to study the effect of laser cutting and quasi-static extrusion on the fracture mechanical properties of peanut pods,Yuhua 9326 variety was used as the research object,and the fracture strength and fracture deformation were used as test indicators.First,different laser cutting strengths,cutting speeds,and cutting methods were used.The peanut pod samples were cut and pretreated,and then the peanut pods were subjected to a quasi-static crushing fracture test with different extrusion methods.Using the single factor test method,the results show that the laser intensity percentages are 75%and 100%,the cutting speeds are 150 mm/s,100 mm/s,and the laser cutting methods are horizontal cutting,side cutting,and extrusion.The fracture placement methods are vertical extrusion and normal extrusion.The fracture strength and fracture deformation are the lowest values in the single factor test;the change of the extrusion method in all single factors makes the fracture strength and fracture deformation change relatively large.Using the orthogonal test method,the results show that the order of influence of the test factors from primary to secondary under the two indexes of fracture strength and fracture deformation is:extrusion method,laser intensity,cutting speed,cutting method,when the laser intensity is 100%,cutting The effect is better when the speed is 100 mm/s,the cutting method is side cutting,and the extrusion method is vertical extrusion.At this time,the breaking strength is 45.75 N and the breaking deformation is 4 mm.This paper studies the mechanical properties of peanut pods after laser cutting,which provides theoretical basis and reference value for the process parameters of the laser pretreatment equipment for peanut pods.
