摘  要:针对果园开沟施肥作业的实际需求,设计了一种基于单片机的开沟施肥机控制系统,并探讨了开沟施肥机施肥作业中开沟深度和施肥量的检测和控制方法。系统以STM32F103VET6微处理器为核心,利用各传感器采集车辆工作参数,通过控制开沟刀盘升降油缸和排肥门开度实现开沟深度和施肥量的实时调节。田间试验结果表明:开沟深度稳定性系数均低于90%,施肥量控制平均误差为4.02%,整机控制系统性能稳定,适应复杂环境,控制精度较高,满足设计要求。In view of the actual demand of the orchard trench fertilization operation,a control system of ditching-fertilizing machine based on single-chip microcomputer is designed,and the detection and control methods of ditching depth and fertilizer amount in ditching fertilization operations are mainly studied.The system uses the STM32F103VET6 microprocessor as the core,uses various sensors to collect vehicle operating parameters,and realizes real-time adjustment of ditching depth and fertilizer amount by controlling the opening of the ditching cutter head lifting cylinder and the opening of the fertilizer door.Field test results show that the stability coefficient of trenching depth is lower than 90%,the average error of fertilization control is 4.02%,the control system of the whole machine has stable performance,adapts to complex environments,has high control accuracy,and meets design requirements.
