摘  要:针对棉花中耕培土机械普遍存在的功能单一、作业效率低、培土效果差等问题,设计了集棉花行间施肥、松土、除草以及培土多功能于一体的棉花中耕培土施肥一体机,并对机具关键部件进行设计与分析,确定了中耕施肥仿形单体、回转式培土装置、施肥装置的结构与工作参数。在设计分析的基础上进行了田间试验,结果表明:所研制的棉花中耕培土施肥一体机耕深一致性变异系数为11.76%,碎土率为89.88%,除草率为90.11%,作物损伤率为3.31%,培土高度合格率为93.33%,均满足相关标准规定的作业性能指标。In order to solve the problems of single function,low efficiency and poor soil cultivation effect of cotton cultivation machinery,this study designed a cotton cultivation and fertilization machine with multiple functions,including fertilization,loosening soil,weeding and soil cultivation.In this study,the key components of the machine were designed and analyzed,and the structure and working parameters of the copying monomer,rotary soil cultivating device and fertilization device were determined.Based on the design and analysis,field experiments were carried out.The field test showed that the variation coefficient of plowing depth consistency was 11.76%,the broken soil rate was 89.88%,the weeding rate was 90.11%,the crop damage rate was 3.31%,and the qualified rate of soil cultivation height was 93.33%,which met the operation performance index specified in relevant standards.
