摘 要:通过差示扫描量热仪研究了典型聚乙烯(PE)管材料的结晶性能。结果表明:6种管材料的熔融峰温很接近,气相工艺中PE-1的结晶度61.1%,淤浆工艺中PE-4的结晶度64.0%,相对较高。6种管材料均在119.5℃时结晶速率较快。降温速率为5℃/min时,PE-4的结晶速率常数最大,为0.60,半结晶时间最短,为1.06 min。The crystalline properties of typical polyethylene(PE)pipe materials were studied by differential scanning calorimeter.The results show that the melting peak temperatures of six pipe materials are very close.The crystallinity of PE-1 in the gas phase process is 61.1%,and the crystallinity of PE-4 in the slurry process is 64%,which is relatively high.The six kinds of tube materials all have a faster crystallization rate at 119.5℃.At cooling rate of 5℃/min,the maximum crystallization rate constant of PE-4 is 0.60 and the shortest half-crystallization time is 1.06 min.
