摘 要:分析了调温器壳体的结构特点,介绍了调温器壳体注塑模具的模架设计、浇注系统设计、分型面设计、抽芯机构设计和顶出机构的设计。将前模斜轨抽芯、前模弯销抽芯、后模油缸二次抽芯和二次顶出双斜轨抽芯巧妙地结合在一起,完成了复杂零件的模具设计。经过实际生产验证,模具结构合理,工作稳定可靠,产品品质达到了市场的预期效果,为汽车轻量化提供了保障。The structure feature of thermostat housing was analyzed and its injection mould design including mould base design,gating system design,parting surface design,core pulling mechanism design and ejection mechanism design were introduced.The mould design of complex parts was completed by skillfully combining the angle core pulling of cavity,bending pin core pulling of cavity,oil cylinder secondary core-pulling of core and double angle core pulling of secondary ejection of core.The actual production verifies that the mould structure is reasonable,and the production is stable and reliable,and the product quality meets the expectation of the market,which provides a guarantee for the lightweight of automobile.
