摘  要:通过无皂乳液聚合方法,制备表面带负电荷的聚苯乙烯(PS)微球,以获得的PS微球为模板,利用静电吸附作用使带正电的钴离子和铝离子富集在PS微球表面,在碱性条件下,氢氧化钴和氢氧化铝在PS微球模板表面定向共沉淀和生长,经过高温煅烧,构筑新型纳米多孔钴蓝颜料.通过调节PS微球模板的使用量、反应体系的酸碱度和钴铝摩尔比,确定了纳米多孔钴蓝的最佳工艺条件.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外可见光吸收光谱分析(UV-Vis)、色度分析(CIE)等分析表征手段,研究不同钴蓝样品的微观形貌、组成成分、结构、颜色性能,初步探究静电吸附-共沉淀法构筑纳米多孔钴蓝颜料的机理.结果表明,当PS模板和硝酸钴的质量比为1、pH为8、原料的钴铝摩尔比为1∶4时,能够得到亮丽的蓝色纳米钴蓝颜料.新型纳米钴蓝颜料的多孔结构增大了颜料的比表面积,提高了树脂和溶剂对颜料的浸润性,该颜料在涂层中颜色参数(Lab值)达到(42.92、5.49、-55.94),与无模板钴蓝颜料涂层的Lab值(29.17、-10.33、-18.99)相比,涂层亮度高、蓝色色调纯正.说明纳米多孔钴蓝颜料在涂料中应用时具有优异的着色力和分散性.A soap-free emulsion polymerization method was approached to prepare negative polystyrene(PS)microspheres,which served as templates to enrich positive cobalt and aluminum ions on the surface of PS.Aluminum hydroxide and cobalt hydroxide directionally co-precipitated and grew on the surface of PS microsphere template after alkali addition.Novel nano-porous cobalt blue pigments were then fabricated through a high-temperature calcination process.The optimal process conditions for nano-porous cobalt blue were determined by adjusting the amount of polystyrene microsphere template,the pH of the reaction,and the molar ratio of Co/Al.Several analyzing and characterizing methods,such as Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),X-ray Diffraction Analysis(XRD),Fourier Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),Ultraviolet-visible Spectrophotometry(UV-Vis),and Colorimetric Analysis(CIE),were used to study microscopic morphologies,compositions,structures,and color properties of different cobalt blue pigments.The mechanism of using the electrostatic adsorption-coprecipitation method to fabricate nano-porous cobalt blue pigments was preliminarily explored.The results showed that bright nano-cobalt blue pigments could be prepared when the mass ratio of polystyrene and cobalt nitrate was 1,the pH was 8,and the cobalt-aluminum ratio was 1∶4.The porous structure increased the specific surface area of the noval cobalt blue nanopigments,and improved the infiltration of the resin and solvent to the pigments.The color parameters(L*a*b*)of the pigments in the coating are(42.92,5.49,-55.94),showing higher brightness and pure blue hue compared with the no-template cobalt blue coating(29.17,-10.33,-18.99).It showed that the nanoporous cobalt blue pigments had excellent tinting power and dispersibility when applied in coatings.
