摘 要:利用ANSYS的建模软件SCDM和电磁仿真软件Maxwell,基于有限元法(FEM)对一体成型电感的等效磁路和电磁特性进行仿真分析。考察线圈结构参数对电感内部磁场强度、电流密度分布以及电感值和磁阻大小的具体影响。结果表明:随着线圈内径(D)增大,磁场逐渐趋于线圈外侧分布,线圈的电流密度分布趋于均匀,电感值先增大后减小,总磁阻则呈相反变化;此外,线圈交流电阻和电感值都随匝间距(w)增加而减小;考察范围内,一体成型电感在线圈内径D=5.1 mm、匝间距w=0.02 mm时可获得相对较大的电感值。Based on finite element method(FEM),the equivalent magnetic circuit and electromagnetic characteristics of molding inductor were simulated using ANSYS modeling software SCDM and electromagnetic simulation software Maxwell.The effects of coil structure parameters on the distribution of magnetic field intensity and current density,and the magnetic resistance and inductance were analyzed in detail.With the increase of the inner diameter of the coil(D),the magnetic field intensity gradually enhances outside of the coil,meanwhile,the current density becomes more uniform in distribution of the coil.The inductance value increases initially and then decreases,while the total magnetic resistance has an opposite tendency.In addition,the AC resistance in coil and the inductance value decrease with the increase of spaces between turns(w).In the range of researching,the molding inductor can achieve a relatively large inductance value when D=5.1 mm and w=0.02 mm.
