摘  要:采用BZB(Bi_(2)O_(3)-ZnO-B_(2)O_(3))-Bi_(2)O_(3)-Al_(2)O_(3)复合掺杂,用氧化物法制备了NiCuZn铁氧体,研究掺杂对材料显微结构及电磁性能的影响。通过对材料显微结构的调制,设计出一种特殊的多重显微结构,使得材料在提高抗直流偏置性能的同时,兼顾了饱和磁感应强度和密度。经测试,抗直流偏置性能参数H_(70%)>600 A/m(@1 MHz),饱和磁感应强度B_(s)>350 mT(@5000 A/m),此外,获得了较高的密度4.69 g/cm^(3)。对实验结果分析发现,矫顽力H_(c)可以一定程度反映H_(70%)的大小,并且适量气孔存在也对H_(70%)的提升起到积极作用。This paper studies the effect of BZB(Bi_(2)O_(3)-ZnO-B_(2)O_(3))-Bi_(2)O_(3)-Al_(2)O_(3)composite doping on the microstructure and electromagnetic properties of NiCuZn ferrite.By modulating the microstructure of the material,a special multiple microstructure is designed,which makes the material not only improve the resistance to DC-bias,but also take into account the saturation magnetic induction and density.After testing,the anti-DC-bias performance parameter H_(70%)>600 A/m(@1 MHz),the saturation magnetic induction intensity B_(s)>350 mT(@5000 A/m),and in addition,a higher density of 4.69 g/cm^(3)was obtained.The experimental results show that the coercivity H_(c)can reflect the size of H_(70%)to a certain extent,and the presence of a proper amount of pores also plays a positive role in the improvement of H_(70%).
