摘  要:在不同测试频率下采用不同测试方法测试了微波铁氧体材料的铁磁共振(FMR)线宽。结果发现,同一测试方法不同频率下样品的铁磁共振线宽随着测试频率的增高而增大;石榴石微波铁氧体材料无论采用谐振腔还是共面波导、无论多晶还是薄膜,线宽数据的Ka波段都是X波段的2倍左右;尖晶石Ni系铁氧体谐振腔Ka波段和X波段的线宽数据比是3.2~1.3,可见线宽比会根据材料结构类型和成分的不同而异。The ferromagnetic resonance(FMR)linewidths of microwave ferrite materials were measured by different test methods at different test frequencies.The results show that the linewidths of ferromagnetic resonance increase with the increase of test frequency.The linewidth data of the garnet microwave ferrite material in Ka-band is about 2 times of that of the X-band,no matter the resonant cavity or the coplanar waveguide,no matter the polycrystal or the thin film.The linewidth data ratio of Ka-band and X-band of the spinel Ni ferrite by the resonator method is 3.2~1.3,which can be seen that the linewidth ratio will vary according to the structure type and composition of the material.
